About Me
Most recently at Surescripts, Sam researched and designed for some of healthcare’s most complicated workflows: prior authorization, benefit verification and pharmacy pricing. He led discovery research with clinicians, pharmacy staff and industry buyers, and explored where AI could take work off people’s plates without losing their trust. Before that, he worked at an agency, helping brands like UCare and GCI make complex products easier to shop for and use.
Sam graduated from University of Minnesota- Duluth (2015) and also received a UX Research and Design certificate from Prime Digital Academy in Minneapolis (2022).
In his free time, Sam can be found surfing, biking, skateboarding, snowboarding, traveling, taking photos, and spending the majority of his time outside.
